Just needed an Uplift.
The location,staffs were helpful and parking great. Just remember to validate your ticket.
Rooms needed an uplift as some places looks moldy and old. Due to the carpet, it's a bit dusty. Would recommend some kind of soundproofing as traffic noises are quite loud at times.

Location. Been staying here if i have meeting in KL cause it is easy access to MRT.
The indian reception seems to be bias. This is not the first time im staying here. While i checkin alone (and maybe im a lady) she didnt seems to prioritize me, instead she keep me waiting and entertain her maybe regular customer first. The conversation also seems very different between each customers. Very not friendly and didnt even greet. You need to tell her you want to check in. Please improve.
